Ridgeline has worked Illawarra roofs across Illawarra since 2011, on one principle: you cannot quote a roof honestly from the ground, so we get up there, photograph what is real, and fix it for a price that does not move.
A roof is the one part of a house you cannot see failing until it is in your ceiling. By then the cheap fix is gone and you are paying for battens, sarking and plasterwork on top of the roof itself. Dan Calloway spent his first five years on the tools doing insurance repair work behind storm chasers, watching the same roofs get "fixed" twice and oversold once. He started Ridgeline in 2011 to do the opposite: climb the roof, show the homeowner photos of what is actually wrong, and quote the honest scope, even when the honest scope is a $700 repair instead of a new roof.

No quote leaves without photos from on your actual roof. A number from the driveway is a guess, and guesses are how people get oversold.
